Simulation Options
The first module of PROFIT ADVENTURE™ consists of a half-day experiential business simulation focusing on financial and business literacy skills for non-financial people. The objective of the simulation is to help employees learn how businesses make money and how their daily decisions impact profitability, teamwork and company goals. There are four standard simulations to select from allowing us to present a model representative of your business.
The common elements to each simulation are:
- Participants become the owners/managers of the simulated business and have three years to achieve shareholders expectations
- All simulations are dynamic and do not have predetermined outcomes. Participants experience the risk reward outcomes of various types of decisions
- Each simulation has a deck of "Decision" cards which reflect the realities found in your marketplace (both positive and negative)
- Participants complete an income statement and calculate key ratios at the end of each year and then we compare the results and strategies of each team
- Participants learn critical financial and business literacy skills in a non-threatening, fun and highly engaging manner.
